Continue leading the creative design of “Learning for a Small World” project

Goal

We collect feedback from early users at LSW Ver. 1, and improve the user experience.

  • Identify an opportunity to continue increasing our conversion rate
  • Increase course completion rate

In addition, we think beyond the mission (edu-tainment platform) and bring it to the next level — Life-long learning experience.

Increase purchase conversion rate

Our conversion rate is 2x as many as the average rate. We also identify an opportunity to continue increasing our conversion rate; that is to decrease the checkout flow bounce rate

Increase course completion rate

  1. Re-design the section navigation

    Change “Course video playlist” to “Section navigation.” Users can skip and choose any section they want to learn first.

  2. Add “Next” button

    Nothing can stop you from learning. Click and keep learning.

  3. Course certificate

    Certificate creates learning motivation. Your efforts should be awarded.

Improve legibility for everyone

  1. Increase contrast

    Use various ways to highlight interactive elements, bold the text, underline the link, choose color carefully.

    Instructors mine the wealth of existing material, and create trustworthy content. Also, Instructors will Constantly update course content to provide life-long learning course.

  2. Subscription model

    New content (New topics and latest updates of existing topics) will potentially increase costs. In fact, subscription model will reduce costs for learners.

  3. Drive community engagement

    To provide various perspectives for each topic, encourage debate and discussion.
